How to download your completed Transcripts

Once you have logged in to your portal, please go to your tickets by clicking on the “Ticket” header.

You will now be redirected to your tickets List View. Each Ticket has information like ID, Name, Status, etc.

3. Download your desired Ticket / Transcription

You can simply click on the blue message “Complete” to download your transcription.

Or you can also click the download icon.

Click “View Details” to go to your Transcript Details

You will now be able to review your transcript order, leave feedback for Landmark, delete your files from our system and more. 

Congratulations you are now able to download all your tickets!
