How to download your original media files
Once you have logged in to your portal, please go to your tickets by clicking on the “Ticket” header.
You will now be redirected to your tickets List View. Each Ticket has information like ID, Name, Status, etc.
3. Download your desired original media files
You can simply click on the blue icon “Media” to download your original media files.
You will be able to find your download at the bottom of your desktop.
Alternatively, click “View Details” to go to your Transcript Details and download your files from the link below “Source Audio Files”
Under the title “Source Audio Files” you will find all your media files for the selected transcript.
Congratulations you are now able to download all your original media files.
