A zipped folder is a compressed version of a regular folder on your computer. This compressed folder can be uploaded to our Drop Zone. Follow the steps below to create a zipped folder.
Create a normal folder on your desktop or choose an existing one and place all your audio/video files you would like to transcribe into it.
If you’re using Windows, right-click the folder, point to Send to, and then click Compressed folder(zipped).
A new zipped folder will appear in your Desktop.
This Zip folder can now be uploaded to our Drop Zone by simply dragging it into the upload zone.
