Job Description

As a Customer Success and Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service. You will focus on assisting with won opportunities, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. Your role will involve collaborating closely with team members to resolve issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • ✔ Support the customer support and sales teams by handling won opportunities and ensuring a smooth transition through the sales pipeline.
  • ✔ Address customer inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions to enhance the customer experience.
  • ✔ Utilize Salesforce to track customer interactions, manage data, and ensure accurate reporting of customer activities and sales metrics.
  • ✔ Collaborate with other departments, such as Finance, Operations, and Marketing, to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • ✔ Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies aimed at improving customer satisfaction and growing sales.
  • ✔ Assist in the management and review of the lead robot system to ensure its proper function and accuracy in generating leads.
  • ✔ Provide input on training needs and participate in team training sessions to ensure up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.
  • ✔ Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of customer interactions and support processes.

Requirements

  • ✔ Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
