Job Description
As a Customer Success and Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our customer support and sales team. You will ensure that our team provides outstanding service to our clients while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. Your role will involve managing and mentoring support staff, handling complex client issues, and ensuring that won opportunities with our clients are closed, thereby generating sales and revenue for the company. Additionally, you will manage and review the lead robot system to ensure it is functioning properly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- ✔ Lead, manage, and motivate a team of customer support and sales representatives to ensure high performance and professional development.
- ✔ Oversee the daily operations of the customer support and sales department, including setting schedules, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- ✔ Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions in a timely and efficient manner.
- ✔ Utilize Salesforce to track, manage, and report on customer support and sales activities and metrics.
- ✔ Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention, and to grow sales.
- ✔ Collaborate with other departments, such as Finance, Operations, and Marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience and sales process.
- ✔ Conduct regular training sessions for the support and sales team to ensure they are knowledgeable and up-to-date with company products and services.
- ✔ Manage and review the lead robot system to ensure it is functioning properly and generating accurate leads.
- ✔ Create and maintain detailed documentation of support processes and procedures.
- ✔ Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- ✔ Proven experience as a Customer Support Manager, Sales Supervisor or in a similar roles.
- ✔ Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
- ✔ Extensive experience handling both employees and clients in a customer support and sales environment.
- ✔ Proficiency in Salesforce and experience utilizing it for support operations and sales.
- ✔ Excellent command of English, with near-native proficiency (C1-C2 level).
- ✔ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- ✔ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- ✔ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
